Sales Development Representative

Glintect is a high-velocity startup engineering custom machine vision systems for automated visual inspection across manufacturing industries. Our platforms enable production facilities to detect and flag defects in real time — before non-conforming product ever leaves the line.

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across our target manufacturing verticals. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and scheduling discovery calls for our account executives.

This is a high-impact role at a company where every new customer relationship directly shapes product direction. You'll gain deep exposure to industrial AI, manufacturing operations, and complex B2B sales cycles.

What You'll Do
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone to target accounts in textiles, labels, films, trusses, DTF printing, and coil coating manufacturing.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and trade show follow-ups.
• Research target accounts to tailor outreach messaging to specific production challenges and pain points.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations between prospects and account executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach sequences and improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Provide feedback from prospect conversations to inform product positioning and messaging.

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role — B2B SaaS or industrial technology preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can craft compelling, personalized outreach at scale.
• Genuine curiosity about manufacturing and industrial technology; willingness to develop deep product knowledge.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM tooling.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is a strong plus.
• Coachable, competitive, and energized by a fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and eligibility for early employee equity participation.

Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates based in the United States are preferred.
